The staff were amazing and so genuinely lovely. I felt very at home (well, as much as you can feel whilst being away) and despite not feeling great when arriving after a long day, the ibis team soon put a big smile on my face and I soon forgot about the long day I just had. From being welcomed to being served food they were amazing. Speaking of amazing, the food served for evening meal was something worthy of an expensive restaurant, all be it at a reasonable price. I cant speak highly enough about the girls (and guys) who run this place on a day to day. Clean rooms and a hot shower to finish the day made it an altogether great day. Thanks again ladies, and special thanks again to chef. These guys need a pay rise for sure.

For a budget hotel this ticks all the boxes for me , competitive pricing , and facilities as described. Staff are friendly and helpful the beds (new nattresses) are extremely comfy &the room was clean and comfortable with everything in order. I didn't have breakfast or dinner but the menu looked good with reasonable prices. There is onsite parking too, as well as nearby places to eat at the services , such as independent cafe, pub, supermarket section at the petrol station. Nearby is the village of Willington with local pubs , supermarkets etc. I've stayed here twice now and woukd do so again.

The reception staff were fantastic. They worked hard to find a room that could take us and all our wet gear as we were cycling, it was very much appreciated. The room was small but perfectly functional, spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, again, really clean, hot shower, and soap and towels provided. Outstanding value for money. There is even a small bar and dining area with meals available along with tea and coffee machine. Would stay again if in the area.

Very clean, spacious and cosy room. I immediately felt like I was home away from home. I cannot fault anything about my room, from the comfort, the size etc I initially came for two days but ended up extending it for another night. I had one of the most peaceful sleep I have ever had in ages in my really comfortable bed with amazing pillows. And don't get me started on the shower. Wish I could take it home with me. Powerful and relaxing... Felt like a jacuzzi attached to a shower head.

Super clean, great facilities and comfortable rooms. Fantastic room, bed was so comfortable, great blind on the window meant it was fully blackout - ideal! Air con/heat or there was a heater on the wall, perfect for winter when you want to be nice and cosy. Tv good and all worked great. Lighting options in room great. The shower was so powerful and lovely temp option - ideal! Compact but perfectly formed rooms, can’t recommend enough
